1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Bookings are required to be made in advance and your voucher must be presented upon arrival. The voucher is not valid for special events (ie. Mother's Day, Easter, Festive Afternoon Tea). This voucher is for the experience noted above; if Afternoon Tea is not offered at your chosen location the voucher may be used as an allocation towards the local a la carte menu. No change will be given if the full voucher value is not used. Once booked, the voucher experience is non-refundable and non-transferable.
